Effective October 20, 2026.
Who you are buying from
These terms cover your use of aqwano.com and purchases from AQWANO, operated by Sheenny International Co., Limited. Our registered office is Room D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Factory Building Stage 2, 99 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong. Contact service@aqwano.com or +852 9441 9454 with questions about an order or these terms.
Our United States storefront charges orders in US dollars (USD). Read these terms and the applicable product details before placing an order.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with its security or operation, misuse its services, or submit false or misleading information.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or our business, or to meet a legal requirement. This does not automatically cancel an accepted order; cancellation must be permitted by these terms or applicable law.
Product details and availability
We aim to describe products, prices, images and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect colors and appearance, and an image may not show every size, lens or configuration.
Products are subject to availability. If we find a material error in a description, price, stock status or other order information before dispatch, we will contact you with the available options. If we cannot fulfill the affected item or order, we will cancel it and refund the corresponding amount paid.
Orders, prices and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not, by itself, mean we have accepted the order. The contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever happens first.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order where necessary because goods are unavailable, a material pricing or product error has occurred, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, a legal restriction applies, or required order information is incomplete. If payment has been taken for a canceled item or order, we will notify you and refund the relevant amount.
Review the selected items, available promotions, delivery address, shipping options, payment options and total displayed at checkout before paying. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available for your order.
Prescription and made-to-order options, if offered
If a product offers a prescription or custom option, you are responsible for supplying complete and accurate prescription, pupillary distance, lens and order details. Buying eyewear does not replace an eye examination or advice from a qualified eye-care professional.
We may contact you to clarify information that is incomplete, unclear or inconsistent. This can delay preparation. If the information cannot be clarified, we may cancel the affected item and refund the relevant payment.
Any offered prescription or custom-made lenses are prepared to the specifications submitted with the order. The applicable return restrictions are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain protected.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses supported at checkout. Availability, shipping options, preparation and delivery information depend on the address and items ordered. Review our Shipping & Delivery policy and any information displayed at checkout before ordering.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Customs checks, destination restrictions, public holidays, severe weather and carrier delays may affect them.
Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the voluntary return period, return postage, exchanges and any made-to-order exceptions. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies continue to apply, including rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods and any cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, images, graphics, trademarks and other materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of AQWANO. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or adapt them without prior written permission, except where the law permits that use.
Third-party services and privacy
Links or services provided by third parties are subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control their websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, subject to responsibilities that applicable law places on us.
Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility for loss
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses resulting from our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, events outside our reasonable control, or business losses suffered by consumers.
Nothing here excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. This includes fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and changes
Hong Kong law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory laws in your country of residence that provide greater protection. You retain the right to rely on applicable mandatory consumer protections and to bring a claim in a court where you have a legal right to do so.
We may update these terms and publish a revised effective date. Updates apply to website use and orders placed after that date. An accepted order remains governed by the terms that applied when its contract was formed, unless a change is legally required or you agree otherwise.
