AQWANO at aqwano.com is operated by Sheenny International Co., Limited. Our United States storefront charges orders in US dollars (USD). We deliver to addresses supported by checkout. If your country, region or address cannot be selected or served at checkout, we cannot currently accept delivery there. Temporary carrier restrictions may affect availability.
Where your order ships from
Orders are dispatched from our company address in Hong Kong: Room D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Factory Building Stage 2, 99 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong. Our authorized U.S. address handles returns only; orders are not dispatched from that address.
Order preparation
For standard, non-custom goods, order preparation takes an estimated 2–3 business days from the applicable processing start date described below. If a prescription or made-to-order option is offered for a product, checking the supplied details and preparing that option may take additional time.
Order cutoff and processing start
Our order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. (14:00), Monday through Friday, in Los Angeles local time: America/Los_Angeles (PST/PDT). Orders with payment confirmed before the cutoff on a business day enter processing that day. Orders with payment confirmed at or after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a public holiday enter processing on the next business day. The estimated 2–3 business days of preparation start from that processing date.
Payment verification, incomplete order information, public holidays, severe weather and logistics restrictions can also affect dispatch. Contact service@aqwano.com before ordering if you need a preparation estimate for a particular item.
Delivery information
Standard shipping to supported United States addresses takes an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch. For standard, non-custom goods, the estimated total time from the applicable processing start date to delivery is 7–10 business days, including the 2–3 business days needed to prepare the order. Orders placed outside the cutoff described above begin this estimate on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, destination restrictions, public holidays, severe weather and carrier delays may affect delivery. Customer care can help with available order and carrier information, but cannot guarantee a customs clearance or delivery date.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported checkout addresses, with no minimum order value. If an upgraded or express service is available, its additional charge is shown before you pay.
Taxes, duties and import charges
Orders to supported destinations ship duty paid. The checkout total includes applicable taxes, import duties and import-related fees. No further import payment should be due on delivery.

Tracking and delivery questions
After dispatch, we send available tracking information by email. If tracking has not updated or you need help locating an order, contact us with your order number and delivery address.
